How to read a verdict

One clear word, and the reasons behind it.

Every token lands on one step of the scale. The reasons underneath tell you why, so you can make your own call.

Established

A long-running project. The risk left is ordinary price risk.

Low risk

The checks pass and selling works. Prices can still move sharply.

Some risk

A few risks worth knowing, such as a small number of large holders.

High risk

Serious warnings found. The reasons below show exactly what they are.

Avoid

A finding that can trap holders, such as a failed sell test or a team that can freeze tokens.

Abandoned

Down hard from its peak, and almost nobody is trading it any more.

Listed coins such as BTC, ETH and SOL have no token contract to exploit, so they get a market read instead: major coin, listed coin, small cap, or inactive when almost nobody trades it. Full methodology

What every check covers

The checks a careful trader runs, done for you in seconds.

  1. Can you sell it?A simulated buy and sell, so a honeypot shows up before you're trapped in one.
  2. The real taxBuy and sell tax as the contract charges it today, and whether the owner can raise it later.
  3. What the team can still doMint more supply, freeze wallets, pause trading, block sellers, change the code.
  4. Is the liquidity safe?Whether the pool is locked or burned, or sitting in a wallet that can pull it.
  5. Who holds the supplyThe largest wallets and the top ten, with pools and exchanges left out so the numbers mean something.
  6. Who bought the launchWallets that bought together in the first minute, and how much they still hold. On Ethereum, Base, Robinhood Chain, Arc and other chains with a public explorer; Solana and BNB Chain are next.
  7. Depth and activityLiquidity against market cap, trading volume, and whether anyone is still trading.
  8. The trendWhether buyers or sellers are in control right now, and how far it sits from its high.

One desk, built to last

More than a scanner.

The verdict is where it starts. Verdictry keeps score in public and brings people together around calls that hold up.

Recording from day one

The Record

Every verdict is logged with the token's price and liquidity, then checked again an hour, a day and a week later. Right or wrong, it stays on the record.

The Network

In groups, the first person to post a token gets the credit, results are measured from that moment, and the best calls rise to the top.

For groups and communities

An independent referee for your community.

Verdictry checks every contract posted in your group, keeps a fair record of who called what, and removes its reports on a timer so the chat stays readable.

  1. Open @VerdictryBot and tap Add to Group.
  2. Make it an admin with only "Delete messages" turned on.
  3. Paste any contract address to see it work.

The basic verdict stays free on every surface. Watching many tokens at once is part of an optional plan paid in Telegram Stars. Nothing paid can ever change a verdict.

The essentials

Five common risks in new tokens.

Every one leaves a trace on-chain before you buy: in the contract, in the first blocks, or in the pool. Verdictry looks for all five on every check.

The honeypot

Buying works, but the contract blocks selling. The chart only rises because holders can't exit.

The rug pull

The pool was never locked or burned, so whoever holds it can pull the liquidity at any moment. The price goes to zero in one transaction.

The hidden tax

A sell tax the owner can raise after you buy, sometimes to 99%. It looks like 5% when you enter and 99% when you try to leave.

The launch dump

A handful of wallets take most of the supply in the first seconds of trading and sell into the buyers who arrive later.

The copycat

A token with the same name and ticker as a real one. Verdictry tells you when a ticker isn't the listed coin, so you can paste the real contract.

Independence and accountability

Verdicts can't be bought, and every one is on the record.

Many scanners are paid by the projects they assess. Verdictry's verdicts are independent of every project, and we publish exactly how we earn.

How Verdictry makes money. Today: referral fees on some trade links, and an optional plan in Telegram Stars for groups that watch many tokens. Later: tips, plans for large groups and platforms, and clearly labelled sponsorship for tokens that pass our checks. None of it can change a verdict, and a trade link never appears next to an AVOID or HIGH RISK verdict.
  1. No project can pay to change, hide or delay a verdict.
  2. There is no paid trending list.
  3. Anything sponsored is labelled, and only shown for tokens that pass our checks at that moment.
  4. A trade link never appears next to an AVOID, HIGH RISK or ABANDONED verdict.
  5. How verdicts are made is public, and so is our track record.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is it free?

Yes. The basic verdict is free on every surface, always: Telegram, this website, and X when it arrives. Extras for large groups and platforms may be paid later. Nothing paid can change a verdict.

Do I need to connect my wallet?

No, and we will never ask. Verdictry only reads public blockchain data. Anyone asking for your wallet, your seed phrase or a payment "to verify you" in our name is a scammer. We never DM first.

Can a verdict be wrong?

Yes. A clean token can still fall, and an owner can change things after we look. That's why every verdict shows its reasons, and why every call goes on the record where anyone can check it.

Which blockchains do you cover?

Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain and Arc, plus Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche and more. Paste the address and Verdictry works out the chain. On the newest chains a few checks may have less data, and the report says so when that happens.

How does Verdictry make money?

Today, referral fees on some trade links and an optional plan in Telegram Stars for groups that watch many tokens. Later, tips, plans for platforms, and clearly labelled sponsorship for tokens that pass our checks. The full list and the rules are in our Pledge.

Who is behind Verdictry?

Verdictry is run by a registered US company. The legal details are in our Terms. For help, message @VerdictryBot with /support and a person answers.

Is this financial advice?

No. A verdict is information about a token's risks. What you do with it is your decision.
